Black Friday Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. General Information

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of gift vouchers ("Voucher") issued by Koh Lilliput Ltd and Koh Port Solent Ltd.

    By purchasing, accepting, or using a Voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Voucher Usage:
    Vouchers are redeemable at Koh Thai locations only. 
    Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
    Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.

  3. Expiration Date::
    Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Black Friday vouchers will not become valid until 2nd December 2025
    Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be void.

  4. Balance Inquiries:
    The balance on the Voucher can be checked by contacting Koh Thai's customer service, online or at the point of sale.
    No change will be provided if the Voucher value exceeds the total bill, but any remaining balance can be used for future visits, subject to the expiration date.

  5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
    Koh Thai Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers. Vouchers will not be reissued under these circumstances.

  6. Promotions and Offers:
    Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  7. Restrictions:
    Vouchers are valid only at participating locations and are not redeemable for delivery, takeaway, or online orders unless explicitly state

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    Koh Thai Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel the Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
    Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Voucher after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Have a drink on Us!

  1. Offer Availability: Valid all day every day

  2. Participating Items: The offer applies to any drinks up to the value of £10

  3. Dine-in Only: This offer is valid for dine-in customers only. It does not apply to takeaways or delivery orders unless explicitly mentioned.

  4. Price and Discounts: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  5. One Deal per Person: Each customer is entitled to one drink when ordering any dish from the menu. Additional drinks will be charged at the regular price.

  6. Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the meal deal offer at any time without prior notice.

  7. No Cash Alternative: The meal deal offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Luck Nines Terms And Conditions

1. The Promoter of the offer is Port Solent Hospitality Limited and Lilliput Hospitality Limited (Koh Thai)

2. The Lucky Nines Promotion is only open to those aged 18 or over

3. The Promotion runs 12 noon to 7pm, 7 days a week (subject to seasonal opening hours)

4. To play the guest must be in possession of the Koh Thai Yacht club rewards card, available from: www.kohthai.co.uk/yachtmembers or a valid Port Solent Yacht club membership

5. The promotion is open to all guests up to a maximum of 6 in aparty / booking

6. The registered Koh Thai reward card must be presented to the server at the time the bill is requested after finishing the meal.

One roll only per party booking.

7. If a nine is rolled the entire party’s / booking’s meal is free.

8. Even if your meal is on Koh Thai, we encourage you to reward your server by paying the service charge.

9. The promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation

11. The promotion is not valid for takeaways.

12. Koh Thai (Port Solent Hospitality Limited) will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. Koh Thai seeks to run a fair promotion. If a guest(s) does not act fairly, is dishonest, breaches or is not entitled under these terms and conditions, Koh Thai reserves the right to refuse to allow either a roll of the dice, and / or to award a free meal.

14. By presenting your registered Koh Thai Yacht club membership card, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

15. In the event of a discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the details in the promotional material the Terms and Conditions will prevail.

16. Koh Thai reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or withdraw this promotion.

17. These terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

        In the unlikely event that you require a refund please contact the restaurant where the purchase was made or email us on                     customerservices@koh-thai.co.uk. We will endeavour to sort out any issues you may have in a prompt manner.
