Black Friday Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of gift vouchers ("Voucher") issued by Koh Lilliput Ltd and Koh Port Solent Ltd.

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Voucher Usage:
Vouchers are redeemable at Koh Thai locations only.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.
Expiration Date::
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Black Friday vouchers will not become valid until 2nd December 2025
Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be void.
Balance Inquiries:
The balance on the Voucher can be checked by contacting Koh Thai's customer service, online or at the point of sale.
No change will be provided if the Voucher value exceeds the total bill, but any remaining balance can be used for future visits, subject to the expiration date.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
Koh Thai Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers. Vouchers will not be reissued under these circumstances.
Promotions and Offers:
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Restrictions:
Vouchers are valid only at participating locations and are not redeemable for delivery, takeaway, or online orders unless explicitly state
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Koh Thai Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel the Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Voucher after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Offer Availability: Valid all day every day
Participating Items: The offer applies to any drinks up to the value of £10
Dine-in Only: This offer is valid for dine-in customers only. It does not apply to takeaways or delivery orders unless explicitly mentioned.
Price and Discounts: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
One Deal per Person: Each customer is entitled to one drink when ordering any dish from the menu. Additional drinks will be charged at the regular price.
Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the meal deal offer at any time without prior notice.
No Cash Alternative: The meal deal offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Terms and Conditions for 25% off wine

Offer Availability: Valid all day on Sunday 1st February 2026
Participating Items: The offer applies to any bottle of wine when purchasing any Main meal from the Curries, Stir fry and Speciality options.
Dine-in Only: This offer is valid for dine-in customers only. It does not apply to takeaways or delivery orders
Price and Discounts: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
One Deal per Person: Each customer is entitled to 25% of one bottle of wine when ordering any main dish from the menu. Additional drinks, food and additions will be charged at the regular price.
Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the meal deal offer at any time without prior notice.
No Cash Alternative: The meal deal offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
