A passing of the baton at Koh Lymington

Lymington

As we enter the new year, that baton has been handed over for the General Management of Koh Thai Tapas Lymington, from Rhea, to Jordan.

After stumbling across our restaurant back in 2013, Rhea fell in love with our quirky island escape, she returned the following day to apply for a part-time job. After nearly five years, Rhea has been in Koh Boscombe, Bournemouth and General Manager for both Ringwood and Lymington. She was a great success in our Koh Academy, but we now bid her farewell as she leaves us to jetset across the globe. Rhea will be missed and we wish her every success in her next venture.

Filling her shoes, we are very proud to announce the promotion of Jordan Kite, from Assistant Manager to General Manager, taking over at the helm. Jordan has been with us since the launch of Koh Thai in Lymington. He was an instant hit with the senior management team and we are all excited to get him more involved in both the Lymington community, event and in our restaurant operations.

Look out for his “Meet our Manager” blog coming soon! We hope you’ll all join us in wishing them both luck in their new chapters.
